The photo the driver took was not of our house, and a cursory glance up and down our street revealed that he did not even manage to find our street, as there were no packages on any of the other porches nearby. The delivery driver left the package at the wrong house. On Tuesday, August 16, I ordered two CO2 canisters from Bed Bath and Beyond for same day delivery. please please do not do your baby registry in this company its simply scam BIG SCAM! They don't even want you to contact corporate so unless you want to loose your money and get disappointed stay away from buy buy baby! This is the worst experience i have ever experienced in my life.
and again their customer service problem and handling their business didn't stop in that i ordered the Elvie wearable double electric breast pump for $549.99 and the delivery shows from 6/2-6/7 after i ordered maybe 8 hours later the item marked delivered and i was confused and called them why the item was marked delivered they said the item was delivered the same day, i ordered the item on Sunday evening i dont know how its possible for the company to deliver it in the middle of the night so i am told the driver send a picture proof of delivery so they wont be able to replace it one of the representative said since its very expensive they are not allowed to replace it but its okay for me to loose my money i just couldn't believe and i keep calling until i get it resolved and i am told to report a police and i did they still refused to replace it for me because it was expensive. I don't know from where to begin, from my registry someone order more than a $1,000 worth gift and they cancelled it three times i spoke to them each times they been cancelling they said its a loss prevention department that handles this kind of purchases they been holding the money more than a week each time the item was purchased and for the third time we literally have to beg them to purchase item and they send me email saying that now they are not going to put a restriction amount on my registry so i can go head and place the order and guess what for the third time it got cancelled so i am tired of them and told my people not to buy anything not to mention every time someone order anything they cancelled it and we have to call again. And buy buy baby Customer service is beyond pathetic useless takes no responsibility from the delivery to the returns or even with refunding.
